When we look at it, stringmaster + ennoxx + stand is a hell of a deal . Differences would only be the auto brake and maybe the motor's software
The 850 and the Alpha Ghost 2 were the other 2 machines I was considering to buy until I ultimately decided on the Victor VE-50pro. Out of my price range was the Precision 8. One advantage the 850 over the others (except precision 8) is that you could detach the top from the stand and make it a table top machine. Useful for transport if needed. I know of one owner in Canada that owns both the 850 and VE-50pro. Lucky guy.
