I can't see the picture..But I'm afraid it's gonna be another new sotx;)

Nah, It's all good..but our shop is not quite stable enough to dive into all the new stuff at once...
as long as they don't discontinue the woven 8 and woven 9...because if they do Soxt will be out of buisness;)

woah, the woven 11 is a beast, unfortunately one that i cannot tame at the moment!
i reckon that shaft is too stiff and thick for me, hmmmm, it worked pretty well in the first few games, but towards the end (3 hour session), i had to revert back to my ti-10 for the shuttle to even clear the net.
it's a physically demanding racquet is what it is.
    solid though, that's for sure.

Is it that much harder than the ti-10? or si your ti-10 a 3U?
    I'd say give it some time, but I'm just a fanboy:eek: ;)

    yeah, my ti-10s are 3Us.
i think i just need to get used to it a bit, but switching from a 680 to a 675 racquet was surprisingly quite difficult to adjust to.
maybe it's just age catching up with me .... back when i was 17 ... blah blah blah .....

A head heavy 680m long "beast" :D like the W11, really does suck the juice out of the fore-arm muscles if constant smashing for a longer duration :p ..
But of course, the stronger you get...

yup, agreed, i need to give it a couple of months at least. will use it as my warm up racquet for the first few matches, then when my arm is tired, switch back to the ti-10. it really does feel like a major burden has been lifted after shifting. only problem is, the difference in length puts me off a bit at first. i didn't use to think that 5mm would make that much of a difference.

I'm looking for a new SOTX racket. I've previously owned the woven 8 and 7. I liked the 7 more because it was powerful. I play doubles and am the attacker. I'm looking for a pretty stiff and head heavy SOTX. Any recommendations?

if you like the w7, I'd recommend the 7i for something stiffer, but slightly lighter... It's in the same price-range as well...

so for something different, I liked the woven 10i...Extra stiff (definatly) 680mm, 87grams and even balanced (maybe ever so slightly headheavy).

Don't think I would like the 7i, because it is lighter. Woven 10i may be okay. Any recommendations from Diamond Fighter or Conmax Power?

Try Woven 11i. It is slightly lighter with the same venom.

Agreed. D900 is one of the best all-rounder.

I liked the D700 more, but that's me... same weight, perhaps slightly lighter (marginal), but stiffer..to me, got more whip from it.

Not everybody will, I guess, but it's how it felt to me...

Just out of curiosity jerby, how many sotx rackets have you tried before and what is your current main racket?
