It probably has to do with connection problems cuased by the earthquake.

Just to really finalize my decision.. Can somebody give me a more in-depth comparison of the D-900 and Woven 9 rackets? I wanna figure out the choice and buy it soon because badminton season is coming up fast...thanks!

p.s. such information I want to know about is.. speed and maneouverability.. which is suited more for doubles or singles.. etc.. thanks and sorry for the trouble!

ok, my D's are in (thursday)...and they're beautifull...got to play with em yesterday.
Comparing the D900 vs the w9?

-the woven 9 is a bit lighter, and a fraction smaller (really not a lot)
-the woven 9 is a bit flexier
-both are just as headheavy and long

But they don't feel like "the same racket" the D900 feels mroe comfortable to swing. the w9 feels more solid, but the d900 is just a delight to swing around:p.
    for singles-doubles: no difference...
speed: slight edge to the w9
    power: I guess d900
    control/feel: d900

Agree with your assessment except I feel the D900 is flexier.

The D900 and the whole Diamond Fighter line are truly great performing rackets. :)

    Typo?

Anyway, I haven't hit the Woven 7, 8 and 11 in a long time. Just got a few back and man, they are truly great rackets. So stable. My Cab 20 Tours cannot compare when it comes to stability, sweetspot and power. The Cab has the advantage in control.

Hopefully ibuysports.com will get a bunch of Woven 7s back in, I'm debating whether to stick with the 7 or Cab 20 TS. I'd stay with the 11 but I don't want to break any more shafts; at least not that fast. :p

yeah, is said "woven 9 is a tad flexier"...but that's plain wrong (both in what I feel and specs)

May I suggest an expensive middle road? the woven 13 is extra stiff, but 675mm long (though not the powerracket the w7 is) all the control you need (from an iso;) )

thanks jerby and dinkalot for the comparisons. I'm probably going to get the d-900, since more flexy rackets are more my taste.. but I can't really find a seller that has it in stock though. Should I buy online from this store in Holland? The website is http://www.sotxsports.nl/index.php?cPath=44 . The d900 is 115 euros... How much is that in USD?

Yep, this thread has been helpful - might give a D900 a shot if my Cab30ms suffers a less than favorable fate.
