How much is it to ship to California. *wants to burn some new years money and fun toys* =)

*wants to try that D600 that you're thinking about switching over to.

nah, what's there to say about them is already said:
-the feel of both d600/900 is a less soldi than wovens. but more 'forgiving'
-the d600 is almost comparable in power wiht the w11..but faster..for me it's win-win. I just fele more comfortable, not sacrificing anything...
    -the d900 is a hard-to-hate racket...It's just I like the w11/d600 more...my dad loved the d900 though...

    Jerby/ Dinkalot,

Was wondering whether you guys wrote a review on the Jedi 77? I tried searching the forum but could not find anything substantial!

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers

I have not tried the Jedi series yet. I will in about a week or so.

On a side note: I tried the CF-66. Great performing string but it's a bit too slippery for me. Doesn't grab well. I'll stick with BG80 and MP.

tje jedi-077 is in a lot of ways quite similar to the w9. though still quite different.
comparing to the w9 tje jed77 is:
    -stiffer
    -just as long
    -marginally heavier
    -headheavier
    -available here http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40298 ;)

CF66 is a nice string, but not "it" for me...have to agree with Dink

shops? like a real, conrete (opposite of abstract..not the stone stuff) store to walk in and buy Sotx?

forget it..I'm very sorry (I really, honestly am..would love to visit one:eek: :D ) But sotx is mostly/mainly/only sold on the internet..
    closest to you is http://www.racketsportsmontreal.ca/V2/Rackets.htm
wich sell them (thoguh they're currently of the site)
    or www.ibuysports.com is also close-to-home
www.puppysports.com isn't bad either...ridiculous shipping..they're so close to the fire (read: Sotx HQ) nobody can actually compete with them...

and last but not least :)o :D ) is www.sotxsports.nl ...though we're pretty far from where you are..

    Thanks Guys, much appreciated!

    Dinkalot,

I do look forward to your review of the Jedi series of rackets. To my understanding of the specs, it's a no nonsense plain vanilla graphite racket which provides the bang for the buck.

Correct me if i am wrong, after your tests!

    Jerby,

Can i PM you about the Jedi 77 for sale?

    Thanks

well, one could say that...Though the bright orange paintjob disagrees:eek:

    In a way, I find most Sotx-rackets have a no-nonsense approach..excluding the AK-series and paintjobs:D:p

Or I just can't read the Chinese marketing:(

Word is that RsM no loger sells SOTX rackets, even though their website says they do. I tried emailing them a month or two ago, and go no response either.

I've heard ibuysports has had lots of trouble getting stock, so they may not be a good source of rackets at the moment. Might wanna ask Dink about it, as he plays with the owner of the site.

I just bought a Woven 9 off Wong8Egg (he's a user here at the forums). He's based in Markham, ON, so you'll have to get the racket shipped to you. Nice guy though, I'd buy from him again.

cool... look like there are improved models of the woven 2, 6, 7, 10 and 11 and the 'long version' of the woven 4 and 5.
