i shld comment it like this:

as long as the players can carry their game (no silly mistakes, no fancy play), even they lose i am ok with it... Consistency is my major concern to a player, to justify that they are on the right way to success... of course win is good, but we cant just say lose mean noob/dumb/retarded. :)

P/S: carry their game = apply what the coach has tought, use the strategy plan, kill the shuttle as long as it should...

If you have fulfill the requirement, no1 would say anything bad... as quoted by LD and LYB: you cant just stand at the top all the time, but given chance you shall try your best to grab, and maintain it.

Thats y LYD/JJS lose, no1 say bad on them, KKK/TBH lose, a lot ppl f them... :) (due to they always do something that a player wont do during the critical moment... haha!)

If you read my posting with an open mind, what I meant to say is that as the WR1, LCW must deliver in the SSF especially when it is held next to his bedroom and without the big guns. Plus the SSF is not a major tourney (given the fact LCW's tendency to fall apart at the big events).

If LCW cant win at home despite the weakened field, how la to be the WR1 MS? I mean if the WR1 cant win despite playing against a weakened field and having home advantage, what kind of WR1 is that la??

limsy mentioned about PG & TH. With respect, these two are no longer at their peak.

Boleh fans should not be defensive and take on a seize mentality. If our WR1 (or former WR1) shuttlers cant win at home against a weakened field, how la are we going to win the big trophies?? Or how can we consider ourselves a major badminton playing nation?

Sure win is when the SSF begin, no other shuttlers showed up except for LCW, KKK/TBH, CEH/WPT & co.

Must win is when you are the WR1, playing at home with the top guns staying away. Must win la or else malu la to be WR1.

    ;)

~ I'm just killing my time...

hmmm.... think of our baddy squad too highly?:eek: like are you serious? if some Msian fans are conceited like that, then those (many of those) who stood up and left while our juniors MD fighting to win the 3rd set in WJC, how do we call them ah? delusional? traitors? aiseh!

From what I can see, many, many, many of Msian fans, though keeping faith and hopes in our team, don't look down on other countries players... the evident is very clear in BC also... besides, we do get disappointed, at times... so, conceited is pretty.... harsh, don't you think?;)

anyway, no offense, just saying what I thought... hope you enjoy your break :)

Yes, your post title says it all. That's the problem with 'some of the boleh fans' mentality. Expecting too much even before the tournament start. Expecting all Mas players MUST do well since the tourney is held in the homegrown. The trumpet always blow here and there before and after the tourney of course:D

yup, its kinda funny we can see how their 'boleh mentality' mind changes so quickly. That should be a malaysia boleh record imo. that's the problem once again for some of them(the boleh mentality ppl) When LCW is WR1, they will say should aim for the big one like OG and WC. Should stop participate in small local tourney. And now suddenly all eyes and hope once again on LCW again to win the SS Final which they think is not a major title. applause!
