I'm afraid,getting TXH back is not an option as he's already more than 70 years old and not in good health.
 
Chen Long even when he gets the shuttle early still plays simple obvious shots most of the time instead of holding a split second to give himself more options, a natural tendency of a straightforward player.

Akane Yamaguchi is a new kid to watch !

Akane Yamaguchi is just amazing for her age and experience. A baby faced player, very focused, runs all over the court and fears no one. Though short and rather on heavier side, she moves very well and never tires. Probably she can run for whole day. Amazing for her age and experience. Great future ahead !:)
 
Akane appears to be showing the makings of a future world champion but admittedly at her young age and playing as an underdog with noting to lose , without any pressure and expectations, it's much easier for her to perform above herself. Let's see in future when she rises in stature and becomes the hunted rather than the hunter if she can deliver the goods.

Well, I've seen so many promising players come and go that I've become more reserved in my praise until the up-and-comers finally live up to their billing. Time will tell.
 
Intanon did well to come back and take G2. Intanon's endurance will be tested in G3, as far as stamina and court coverage is concerned, Akane is incredible.
 
I think Akane, sensing that Intanon has given a lot to win G2 and may be forced to slacken in G3, is wisely continuing to push hard,maintaining the pace and moving Intanon all over the court and taking the initiative to attack a bit more.
