I didn't know about Lin Chun Yi until the Thailand Master this year and I like his aggressive play style. And to my surprise, his racket of choice is Arcsaber 11 Pro

I didn't watch it, but I saw Momota won against Brian Yang, with comfortable scoreline as well

Super impressed by German Open Official Youtube channel. Check out "Courtside view". It's about time official channels start doing this. It's not a lot of investment but it gives a really good alternative view for viewers at home.

There's also "Super Slowmo". I especially like the part where they zoom in Momota's footwork.

Not to mention "Behind the scene", talking to stringers. Great to see Tobias there. Overall, contents like these should be standard for all high level tournaments. Unfortunately, not sure BWF will ever do it.

this guy is seriously out of his mind... it is quite the breach of sponsorship contract - I would not go easy on him if I would be in Victor

Indeed, first for not using his designated racket Ryuga 2, then the dispute with his coach, then the fact that he keep on losing in the first 1/2 round, then clearly using non-Victor racket.. He is giving Victor's marketing department a serious headache

No, he just switched it in one of thr breaks. His previous racket and string weren't broken.

Momota and Nishimoto are both playing terribly right? It's a battle of who can be less mediocre at the moment.

Nishimoto was out of gas from the match against Loh Kean Yew.

Before that, he demanded something that BAM cannot meet. Noone gave up so much that the prime minister had to intervene to make a settlement.

What destroys him is the media. Fans revere him as a saint, the media is constantly hyping him up to increase interaction.

It was the fans who ruined him.

Momota may be making a comeback, still not too certain I must admit but some positive signs, nevertheless. Next round Momota is facing Li Shifeng , the veteran should make his experience count, to what extent and whether it's sufficient to put the youngster in his place, at this moment hard to tell.

Personally, I should give Momota a slight edge. As for LSF, good to see he's become more patient, less error-prone, is learning to construct the rally and time his attack better. Hope to see an intriguing battle tomorrow.

I don't know exactly who, but this must be the boss/the King/the Prime Minister, who were higher than BAM
