    Forearm:

    28.5cm (L)
    26.5cm (R)

    Wrist:
    17cm (L)
    16cm (R)

    Thigh:

    58cm (L)
    57cm (R)

    Biceps
    32cm (L contracted)
    29.5cm (R Contracted)

My left index finger is about 5mm shorter then the right index finger and my left middle finger is about 4mm longer than the right middle finger.

The muscle between my thumb and my index finger is visibly, significantly larger than my right counterpart.

To sum it all up, my left arms is much larger than my right arm.:D :D :D :D

Have you seen the biceps in some of those NFL-ers? Most of them have biceps bigger than their head, and bigger by a lot! I hear some of them had biceps in the 22 inch range (bigger than our thighs)

If your body turns into that... i doubt you'd play very well on the courts!

yeah it would hard to take a swing with a bicep that size. :D No I don't think I can ever get that kind of a bod, quite content w/ my current size. maybe even consider trimming down a little would be better.

Yep, biceps measurement is irrelevant to badminton.

I think it is relevant. The faster you can recover to your defense position, the better prepared you are for the next shot, especially for doubles. Your biceps leaves your forearm up.

Also your use your biceps for forehand play. Just move your arm without contracting your biceps and see how far you can hit your shuttle.

    :)

i guess all muscles in the body is "relevent". try playing badminton without your left arm muscles, you will have a pile of fat like sausage links flopping around while you run around. :)

better words to use are significance or importance.

It's funny that I've always noticed how my right forearm is thicker than my left forearm when in reality they're only .5 cm apart. By the way, what forearm exercises have you guys done and know to be effective?

I tried building leg muscle in the gym but I didn't notice any change after 2 months. So instead I fell back on my usual endurance training. However, the difference in everyone's forearm circumference is obvious. Maybe it's playing or strength training day in, day out that's the best way to overload; not necessarily how instensive you do your exercises.

I dont know if it's bad, but before flexing(when i stick my arm out straight) my forearm is about the same size as my upper arm for my rite and only slight smaller for my left
