I can see that is a really light racket, but whith FB I dont think you can intimidate your opponent by smashing from the rear court. Unless you are Ahsan :)

Looks like a clash has crack/weaken the frame before and your mishit was just the icing on the cake. The area is largely chipped, so I guess that just "one mishit" wasn't the culprit.

Hmmm, I even had a few diving sessions with the arcsaber fb, and is as good n tuff as any

Eventually I conclude that the fragility issue could be a myth

The diff I find with this racket with others is that I do not have to string too high tension, to achieve the same stringbed stiffness

It's not a myth, but it's vastly overrated (the fragility).

My racket (bought on the day it released) is still going strong despite having many people use it (it's a demo for the store) over the years.

I have however returned more of this racket (and 5U Jetspeed 9s) from customers than any other rackets for warranty. The reality is you can't expect the racket to survive a hard clash, but with proper doubles play and a good partner, it shouldn't happen.

After using 3x FB's for about 3 months, I have since changed to and still use ZF2.

    My issues were:

-Lack of smashing power even with a fast swing speed
-Stringers who don't use the frame-support will damage it at the 12 o'clock position
-Frame is fragile, even on light clashing during gameplay

However, if the FB's play style is your thing is it quite nice, I do miss the mid-court quick movements and drives.
