the race for men's double champion is very open. Indon, Malaysia and China has a good chance to win. South Korea might lost their momentum due to their coach departure.

sorry to say but i think the fight is now only between CY/FHF, KKK/TBH, CTF/LWW, MF/MZ, CCHM/HTH (outside chance) and perhaps the Koreans if lucky and not forgetting!!! MARKIS/HENDRA!!! they are good also.. :D

I think the fight for the title will CY/FHF, KKK/TBH, CTF/LWW and CW/TG, the 4 pairs.

Now,Zakry/Fairuz is possible to be the champion!Everyone has the chance to become the champion!!Maybe the champion is out of our prediction, like Boonsak win the SS MS title!!:)

If FHF/CY n KKK/TBH play without their coach beside them,do u think they still can play well and produce good result??

i still wouldnt put Zakry/Fairuz on my possible champion list!!! :D they arent so stable yet.. although they have shown their strenth in Ina Open, they are still just not there yet... its quite obvious that CY/FHF is much stronger than them in Ina Open finals...

Yes, I can't agree more, Zakri/Fairuz need more exposure and experience playing more in international, it will needs maybe a year or so to mould them to be future champion.

but they can be added into OG '08 danger list!!!! :D but not WC '07... still to new and not enough exposure... the higher they climb, the harder they will fall later... :D give them more time and exposure as it is more essential now for their future and the future of MAS badminton... :D

    Expecting a KKK/TBH - CY/FHF final.
A win for KKK/TBH ahead of Olympic would be nice.
Since we have 4 Malaysian pairs in the draw, the remaining pairs can act as giant-killers (just like what they did in IO) and 'send' KKK/TBH' into the finals.

    Badminton: Koo-Tan top charts

    By LIM TEIK HUAT

PETALING JAYA: Hotshots Koo Kien Keat-Tan Boon Heong have taken over the men's doubles lead in the Super Series standings.

Kien Keat-Boon Heong, who were recently elevated to the number two spot in the world, have accumulated 42,660 points after six legs of the inaugural 12-leg Super Series.

The Malaysians emerged triumphant in three out of the six legs, winning the Malaysian Open, All-England and Swiss Open. Two semi-final finishes in the Korean Open and Indonesian Open were enough for them to overtake the Indonesian-American combination of Candra Wijaya and Tony Gunawan, the former world champions, as leaders.

Candra-Tony dropped to second with 39,900 points while world champions Fu Haifeng-Cai Yun, the Indonesian Open winners, are third with a 39,880 total. .....
