    Yup, this guy, glasses & moustache.. I noticed him cos at one point during WS2, Firda's game, he was saying a Muslim prayer, like praying for the team :). And also at the end, during photo session, he was giving instructions, like some important official.

    Yup, that's him. Many people commented that before he prayed, we were winning, after he played, we lost... :eek: He didn't support badminton [financially] too much in the past 4 years in his capacity as Minister of Sports. Because he doesn't have a good relationship with Pak Sutiyoso, the PBSI head... :( Sad story but true... In the past badminton got quite a handy support by President Soeharto's budget. Now, not anymore...

    Maybe, many people didn't know that Elizabeth Latief was INA WS#1 in 87-88
    2nd WS in UC 86 who stopped Korea in SF
    1st WS in UC 88 followed by Sarwendah, Susy & Kho Mei Hwa
