no matter how, LCW will be seeded 2nd for the coming WC for sure since CH is no longer in National team and he is not allowed to participate in the world championship unless LYB gives him the golden key. am i right to say that?

I made this speculation because they have apparently done so during Swiss SS in last March (sorry, not Sweden SS as I mentioned before). They did so in 2consecutive matches - beat CY/FHF in qf, then CW/TG in sf (CW/TG's form was better than now). In particular, the sf match's scoreline looks very convincing as an evidence of our speculation - 23-21, 13-21, 21-7. The qf match's scoreline was 21-16, 11-21, 21-13. Those who have watched the 3 matches could still remember that KKK/TBH played 100% defensively in set 2's and then 100% aggressively in set 3's. When they played defensively in those 2nd sets, the way they played looked very similar to what you have described their 2nd set today.

I could see that KKK/TBH communicating and supporting each other during the match.... touching partner's shoulder offering encouragement, etc.....all these were missing in their last few tournaments. Bravo, KKK/TBH :).

Finally, a long-awaited first title of the year for Nova Widianto/Lilyana Natsir, their last title being the Invitational World Cup last Oct. Hopefully, this improves their confidence. They will be the second seed at the WC next month and will avoid Zheng Bo/Gao Ling at least until the Final. They will meet either Xie Zhongbo/Zhang Yawen or Nathan Robertson/Gail Emms in the Semi-Final.

Meanwhile, Flandy Limpele/Vita Marissa will be among the top 8 seeds. Hopefully, they are kept apart from Nova/Butet.

Their comeback from being 19-10 down should also be congratulated, Here's hoping that they can keep the momentum going.

Lee Chong Wei is in supreme form at the moment, winning the Indonesia and Philippines Open. I think only a top form Lin Dan will be able to beat him at the WC this year. But then again, home advantage could work against Lee

anyone knows who has the biggest gap of comeback? Besides LCW of course...

No title for CHN this time. Of course, CHN only brought 'minor' team to Manila. I'm really surprise if CHN still won here. Congratz for all winners! Big day for Malaysian fans, 2 titles in one event -- first time in this year! Finally, Nova/Lilyana booked glorius for INA, hopefully they will shine in KL.

But the real battle should be next month...
