If even TAUFIK can beat Lin Dan, I doubt Lin Dan can handle Peter Gade, Lee Chong Wei, etc. again in the Thomas Cup...

It might be best for LD to take a long rest to recharge himself mentally!

Hope that Lin Dan can prove them all wrong

    .
Yes, hope that Lin Dan can win the 2010 BAC.

As some of our BCers have thought, thinking that Lin Dan has gone downhill since the end of 2009. Hope that Lin Dan can prove them all wrong.

How far in the competition must LD go to pick up enough ranking points to overtake CJ as CHN's MS1?

If it's simply clearing 2 rounds (as an example), he might pack it in after accumulating the necessary points.

I'm hoping Hayom will give LD a good run for his money. Upsets are always welcome :):D

Zhou Mi withdraw, higher chance for Wong Mew Choo and Saina Nehwal, although there are many other dangerous challengers.

As for Lin Dan, I would personally be very surprised if he did not win this. I just think that he might not good form in the back-to-back tournaments recently but if since he has regained his match fitness, if his form is average, he should bag this, no problem.

If LD don't win this for sure BCers will consider his career is already finished :D
let's give him a chance to get back in back in form and we'll see if he can win

Well, actually I was surprise by Taufik's performance in All England. Seems like he is training hard again. Then came Swiss open and he lost easily in the quater final. Typical of Taufik.
