    Congratulations, China. You deserve it.

About Chan-Chew, this is where inexperience truly shows. Leading 8 - 2, only to let it slip at the very last moment, they became anxious, impatient that things end up bad.

Well C-C, you have yourself to blame in this defeat.

    That is not for you.
If I remeber correctly, someone keeps saying Chew/Chan is playing cat and mouse game with Chinese and ask for clinical finishing, as if CHN MD is nothing but poor "patients"....
In fact, CHew and Chan are both Chinese Malaysian, I like them too, just someone provoked me...

    Re: Re: CRUEL WORLD!

in the words of Bill Shankley [althought this was originally in the context of football].

"Football is not a matter of life and death,
it's far more important than that." Bill Shankley.

    thats my view on badminton.

its a beautiful game.........and when u love it that much, u feel the players pain when they loose!! unfortunate.

have a good holidays fellas in bermingham.

    over excited teenagers

in a way that is good.

What inexperience? Isn't Chan/Chew the experienced team, while Zheng/Sang is the young team who has much less international tournament experience than Chan/Chew, especially in a 7* Tournament?

Experienced as in mental toughness. Chan-Chew clearly showed how excitable or unstable their match mentaility is. I'm not talking about match experience.

    Last hope

Wong is our last hope and if he doesn't come thru then I won't wake up at 4:00am to monitor the real time score anymore.
Our MDs are in the slump, threw away the winnable games, Yap need to do major reconstruction of our MD team.

does anyone else here feel that this is an incredible chance for JR (or the Thai pair) to reach the mens final now? (no disrespect to Sang/Zheng intended!). Will they ever get a better chance?
