LD has always play a slow controlled method instead of fast attacking.
CL too is methodical reinforced vanilla style.

So, that's why KevGid also lost in WC? Because of their fast attacking style.

You cannot compare MD and MS.
That is because Gideon make two consecutive mistake from 20-all.

Huang Yaqiong feeling the pace and showing signs of fatigue, that's what Zhang Jun doesn't want to see, her doing double duty here and last week at Macau Open.

HYQ will soon ease out of WD and concentrate on XD with Zheng Siwei, according to Zhang Jun.

I think Lu Kai is the victim here. He has to find new partner when he is already quite well with HuangYaqiong.
Why not find ZSW the new partner? Favouritism?
I feel LuKai is gone for Olympic2020. LuKai sounds like Lucky but its not.

and it shouldn't just be because of SudirmanCup defeat.

World Championship early exit? Multiple SS early exit after WC? Failing the team at SC?
Many factors played into his breakup with HYQ.
Zheng Siwei is like another Zhang Nan, he needs to be given the best priority to develop as XD player.

Yes it's true but it's also true that they are still WR2 and its not like WR means anything (It just means something for a while) but i think they still won the most SS this year. Not many country in the world would disband a pair like that even. Thats why he's the victim. Not quite another BaoYixin (as Bao has more talent and SS) But yeah, its difficult now. I mean how must the player be feeling?

The way it goes, I don't think it will go well if Lu/Huang continues to play together.
This is like business, where result is important.
Is it good when you have XD WR1/2/3, in this case, ZS/CQC, LK/HYQ and ZN/LY but any one of them failed to win anything?

One of the best in the business. And thats why i loved it when LHI had him cramping in game three at Denmark ssp. His expressions/body language was like.. ".. finish it fast and just let me go and lie down!"

If anything means WC then yes it will be useless to have all 3 and none of them won it. But it takes time to win it and imo, WC is not everything. Its harsh on certain player.

It's not like like ZN/LC suddenly wins the MD WC. They were already that good in XD and they are the favourite for ChinaOpen imo.
and dont you think LiuCheng should be the victim if the pair didnt win the WC? its like you play with ZhangNan and you still cant win?
Even Lu/Huang has more SS titles than LC/ZN

Matsutomo FINALLY pulling herself together -_- Takamatsu has been most frustrating pair to watch this year.

Still a few service error, but at least the body language has improved -they don't look like they wanna get out of court as quickly as possible.

G2 was reminiscent of their golden days with matsutomo reliable at the net and takahashi strong attack at the back.

I don't think they could afford to lose a third time against this pair this year, their confidence would have taken a further blow.

Hum you look at this the wrong way, more like:

How could the Asian Champions, Olympic Champions and World n°1 lose a third straight time against a new scratch pair?
