Yeah he does seem kind of shoved into the back corner out of the way. But personally I'm not too bothered by it. If any visitor cannot recognise a shuttlecock then they would probably have little interest in the site anyway. To me the shuttlecock is the most recogniseable thing in badminton so I don't see why the use of them (even if they are just a little too dominant) should confuse people.CoolDoo6 said:To place the champion of the sport at the back of the queue looking a bit noobish says one thing: that the best ambassador of this sport is irrelevant, therefore the sport is irrelevant.
As for the shuttlecocks that have no distinct form, the casual web visitors will not see shuttlecocks. But instead, they will see a blob of something. To me, this turned BC into a shuttlecock shop. Well, ok, I am sold. How much a dozen ?
Most importantly though, like GunBlade said, he made these voluntarily so I don't think it's fair to be too picky about it. Overall it looks nice in my opinion and that's all that matters to me. I know I'm not going to spend my time on the site closely analyzing the banner.
Anyway I think we'd all like to see what you can come up with now (don't take that the wrong way, I really do)
