My right forearm is finally bigger than my left forearm now! If i seem overly excited that's because this is the first time any right part of my body has been bigger than my left strength and muscle-size wize. R: 29cm pumped, 27cm normal L: 27cm pumped, 26cm normal i guess all that smashing's paying off
well, 2 yrs passed here are my measurement today: R: 27.2cm L: 25cm whether this is growth due to fat or my recent grip strength and wrist strength training, i don't know...
I do an average of about 50 games of bowling per week when in training... don't even want to measure mine..
Looks like it's been a good two years for you! They say you need to gain 15lbs per inch gain in the upper arm, so I presume that translates to about 20lbs per extra inch of forearms. You think that's true, or do you manage to grow your forarms without much weight gain? On an similar note, I've maintined my weight but have not directly worked my forearms in about 6 arms. My arm size remains about the same (27"/26.5") even though i'm sure my strength has greatly decreased. Perhaps forearm size is determined more by bodyweight than wrist strength?
my overall weight remains the same as it was a few years ago. i think i have gained in some places and lost in some. i haven't biked regularly for many years already. i think i have lost almost all the leg muscles that i gained during my biking days. my friend used to say that my legs are unproportionally big for my skinny body. nowadays, they have become very skinny. in place of the lost muscles, i have gained some fat, result of too much good food here in california. i have been working on wrist and arm strength lately but the small amount of muscles volumn there doesn't contribute too much to my overall weight.
L 30cm R 26cm Might be lsightly off, im doing this at a random time.. I worked out my left arm not too long before i took measurements
at that time I weighed 190lb (approx 23% body fat) today I weigh 173lb (approx 20% body fat) and the measurements are L:28 R:31
Here's what I got: right bicep 31cm left bicep 29cm right forearm 28cm left forearm 27cm right wrist 17cm left wrist 16cm right thigh 56cm left thigh 55cm right calf 39cm left calf 39cm Also the right side of my head is 1.5cm taller than the left side

ok so its been roughly 6 months, pretty big changes... right bicep 34cm left bicep 31cm right forearm 30cm left forearm 29cm right thigh 59cm left thigh 58cm I've just come home from 4 weeks full time training and i'm 8kgs heavier than when i left.
Despite my age I am still proud of my statistics, and they are : R forearm 29cm L forearm 28cm R wrist 17.5cm L wrist 17cm R biceps 32.5cm L biceps 32cm R calf 35.5cm L calf 35.5cm R thigh 52cm L thigh 52cm I have been told I move around the court pretty fast for my age. As you can see I don't have beefy lower parts.
R forearm 26.6cm L forearm 28cm R wrist 17.9cm L wrist 16.4cm R biceps 31.3cm L biceps 32.3cm R calf 37.4cm L calf 37.5cm R thigh 49cm L thigh 50cm I'm a lefty, yet my right wrist is bigger And I always bike, hence ze legs.
It is funny how we guys need to measure our body parts . Haven't seen any girls coming up with their numbers... Still I had to measure myself too : R forearm 30cm L forearm 28cm R calf 40cm L calf 40cm R thigh 62cm L thigh 61cm I couldn't really see the importance of wrist & bicep size to badminton so didn't bother to measure them.
I thought to post my sizes here as well as I would like to monitor my progress. I used to play alot of tabletennis (very strong backhand loop) I'm right handed. R forearm 29.0cm L forearm 27.5cm R wrist 18.5cm L wrist 17.5cm R biceps 35.0cm L biceps 31.0cm R calf 38.0cm L calf 36.5cm R thigh 53.5cm L thigh 52.0cm
5'11", 218lbs. (180cm, 99kg) Right Handed, Left Leg Dominate: R forearm 34.5cm L forearm 33.5cm R wrist 20.0cm L wrist 19.5cm R biceps 41.5cm L biceps 40.0cm R calf 46.0cm L calf 46.5cm R thigh 66.5cm L thigh 66.0cm Note: I haven't lifted in 3+ years. If I started lifting again, these measurements would be significantly increased but now I'm looking for speed and bulk doesn't help.
I'm 6'1" around 200 lbs and right handed. R forearm: 33 cm L forearm: 30.5 cm R bicep: 37 cm L bicep: 34.5 cm R thigh: 66 cm L thigh: 63.5 cm I used to do a ton of weightlifting before I broke/fractured my right wrist doing cleans 6 months ago. I would do dumbbell wrist curls with the 70 lb. dumbbells for sets of 10. Since i've primarily focused on rehabilitating my right wrist and have been playing badminton much more often during the last couple months, my right forearm has grown bigger. I've noticed that my right forearm has become a lot more sinuous and dense through playing badminton.
