Victor does not have advantage nowadays. He lost to a qualifier in round 1 in korea open today. So, he could lose to anybody.

More like a shitty seeding system which constantly pits top players against each other in the early stages. There need to be at least 12 seeds for the big tournaments.
I mean, Ginting vs Momota won't even be televised. Way to grow the Sport, BWF.

Saena Kawakami may look puny, she is very fast on her feet, Gao Fangjie at first couldn't cope with her pace in G1, and was lucky to save G2 when SK made a couple of errors at the crucial stage. It's only in G3 that GFJ found a way to deal with the speedy Saena.

Viktor is probably jaded, not his usual self, quite apparent in G2

Where are you watching the matches? I have not been watching any match for more than a month because videostream.dn.ua just won't connect. Please provide the links you are using.

That was a good win for Aaron/Soh (who played MAS Sukma Games for 5 days, go tp training in KL for 5 days, and straight to Korea) and Chooi/Low.
Hopefully, they can achieve a SF spot.

The draw for the matches are done so early? 2 3 weeks before?
Basically they will ignore the points obtained in Japan, China and Korea?
It is more dynamics if the draws are done closer to the game and uses updated ranking

Nice to see Korean youngsters Lee Yong Dae and Kim Gi Jung giving a good fight to experienced veteran Kam/Son. :D
AND it's just their second tournament together!
