Yonex-Sunrise HONG KONG Open SS 2014 : QUARTERFINALS (21st November 2014)

Not true, back in 2011, WYH, WSX and WX have won all of the SS over the year with some back-to-back tournament.

Wang Yihan did it in 2009 SS tour to nail back to back AE and Swiss Open while Wang Xin created hat-trick for DEN, FRA and HKG SS back to 2011.

the first and only in history

Thanks, appreciate it; you always back up what you say with facts, my respect.

It seems a lot of excitement in WS, MD and MS in recent past, having a lot of upsets, and unpredictability..

Good for the game, and good to see that none of the players are guaranteed a final-spot, and that itself is a lot of excitement for the spectators..

Overall the Badminton is developing, having new countries, and lot of new players.. :)

In the meantime Conrad/Kolding having 7 match points against Ivanov/Sozonov in Game 3

They needed only one, and finished the 3rd game in 21-13 :)

Good run they are having, first beating Endo/Hayakawa, and now, winning against the European Champions :)

You want to see KS beats CL after beating LD. Nothing is impossible.

I would like to see how KS would fare against CL, as that would be a good assessment of KS..

Obviously, CL is FIT, and would be keen to take revenge on KS, in denying China SSP title to his compatriot.. :)

DEN's giant Kolding and his much shorter partner Conrad-Petersen surprised by coming back from behind to beat the Russians Ivanov & Sozonov 17-21, 21-16, 21-13.

Now China's Dragon CL is battling it out against JPN's T Ueda, with CL leading 3-1.

GC said she saw Chen Long struggling to walk properly this morning when she met him.

That's a concern if it's true.. But he is playing now against Ueda..

If he was struggling to even walk Morning, I wonder what made him play in this game..
