I didnt see any of that but I saw LD win All England 2016, I especially enjoyed when he defeated Jorgensen at QF and when he was grinding down Xue Song in SF.
Actually, I think Shi Yuqi has the game to push LCW but his two previous humiliating losses has dented his confidence against him, that's my fear, he may start feeling defeated already before the first shuttle is struck. But SYQ could let go like he did against Srikanth the first two games they last played, I believe it'll be a good fight. I feel SYQ should treat it as a match with nothing to lose but everything to gain, just play freely, take risk, throw caution to the wind, don't panic when falling behind (he didn't when playing Lin Dan), and don't be too anxious to win when leading or near the finishing line, be single-minded, totally focused, yet be patient and not rushing, take it one point at a time until the very last point is finally played and it's all over, win or lose. This is the kind of matches with one of the all-time greats that can teach him more than any coaching alone and it will stand him in good stead in future. As it is, he seems to have learnt quite a bit from competing with Lin Dan in tournaments and sparring with him frequently. A combination of great coaches, top sparring partners, and most worthy opponents is the key to unlock one's true potential. I repeat, just look at how Chen Long used to be schooled by LCW and Lin Dan to become what he is today. SYQ is still young and he should count his blessings to have Lin Dan around as his training partner and both he and LCW as rivals, including Chen Long, so he should cherish and make the most of it.
If Lin Dan's form is good in the lead-up to the Nanjing WC,I might but, personally, I feel it's more satisfying to watch on TV with replays and close-ups unless you want to see him up-close to get an autograph or pose for photos, that's a different story.
I don't think shi yuqi has weapons to counter LCW yet. At the max. He can take a game. That's all. LCW is in beast mode . Nobody can stop him. Sent from my SM-G600FY using Tapatalk

Zheng/Huang to their third consecutive final, after bagging Macau Open and China Open. Hope to see them winning another title.
Quite a shame if Inoue/Kaneko don't manage to convert those upsets into a title or at least another appearance in an SS final. Rooting for them!
