He's already qualified by getting to the semifinals here, winning it is a bonus

Great fight from SEA games gold medallists, but CQC/JYF able to hold their nerves better. Anyway now it is confirmed that to qualify for Dubai, Polii and Rahayu have to beat the entire CHN WD team here having beaten 2 out of 4 already.

If Antonsen wins the title, he goes to Dubai instead of Chen Long.

8-3 lead for Chen Long. Might be hard to beat Antonsen in straight game.

    Is Antonsen better than Jorgensen?

From pure speed and attacking game, Antonsen is much better than JOJ.

11-6 for Chen Long. For him, this is like facing Axelsen 0.5

Can Jorgensen even qualify for next year WC? he will be WR 150+ after this year with many good DEN players higher ranked.

Consistent Tai Tzu Ying is perhaps the best technical player in WS right now.
Just make sure she do not too safe, though.

Oh, Chen Long only has 7 tournaments counting, all his HK Open ranking points will be included whereas AA's the point difference. Let's wait and see.

Too close for safety, 11-13 Antonsen.

I never like Chen Long turning his back to play the backhand, should do it rarely unless forced to.

Only two points difference now. Good attacking by Antonsen.

Yep, he should have should forehand more often. Using backhand is not good when he often send it at net.

19-14 Chen Long, two points away from taking G1.
