It was a picture taken in 1998 in England. I didn't know Cai and Xia played together as a pair.

    xia xuanze moves to Germany

I heard the rumors that XXZ moves to Berlin to represent the local club - EBT Berlin.

    Any more info on that?

    Is that truth?

Is he going to live there or he is going to came for the league matches only (which is unlikely since the flight time and jetlag will make the permanent traveling very unhealthy)?

    regards

    dzgdz

Superb! Knew he'd come to europe someday. He'll make a great sparring partner for a lot of players and who knows maybe he'll get a new nationality.

well, i don't know where you got that...
i'm sorry to tell you that must be rumors
i get the latest news about XXZ that he will stay in Beijing alone coz he can't go to US for the WC
as to his development after retiring, he said he would like to engage in something concerning badminton just like coach in Beijing, not eliminate that he will go back to his hometown Zhejiang

I can confirm this. He's really from now on playing for our german national Vice-Champion EBT Berlin (look at the club's homepage) in the new season.

I'm really looking forward to see him RULE :) the league.

    Stay tuned

I think XXZ made a good decision since he is no longer appreciated in his own country, might as well provide his talent for somewhere that he is appreciated. And it is good for the sport in Germany as well, it should bring up the overall standard in Germans team.
