I think, if the license cookie gone lost, the page should show the payment page again, anyway it sounds logical for me. So, maybe it is a other problem...
wow they still haven't messaged me back...and it STILL doesn't work...i doubt it's the license, because my friend, who also has it, cannot find such a thing =\
mine too.. They also mentione you may need to clear cache/cookies and restart browser if certificate download hangs... /T
Now, I have problems again... Wob.tv shows the side for payment again, although I still have minimum 2 month of my ticket. In the FAQ is written: "Question: I have registered but my pin code doesn’t work Answer: The cookie which contains your details is saved on the computer you used when you registered. If you want your user details on another computer you can do this in “My Account” or when you see the error message on the screen. " But where is "My Account"?
Excellent point. I really hope the tech support didn't change the system and go home for the weekend again as happened last month. The first time I wanted to watch a tournament, the problem wasn't resolved until Monday or Tuesday. Needles to say, I'm having the same problem now. Clearly they have made "upgrades" and full testing hasn't happened until we tried to watch a tournament. I say upgrades because there is now a "Play/Buy" as opposed to just "buy" like last week. Also, I get a redirect when I first try to access the site. Incidentally, this thing telling me to buy leads to the only function I've yet seen where I can actually login. It always seems to depend on cookies or IP or something to know who I am. I've never seen a "My Account" option.
lolz man, they're screwing up the users...and i was thinking of rebuying every 3 monthes, because it's a great service....it just has problems that aren't being fixed...they emailed me back after 3-4 days, but i haven't heard anything from them again since 2 days ago...
Well, I'd have to say the support response time has got considerably better. I waited an hour at the most. I realize this kind of service must be very difficult to implement and I just hope it will get smoother as time goes by. As several have said here already, it really is a great service. That will be an unmitigated "great" once it runs smoothly.
