Nope, you probably don't have good versions of flash, explorer + wmp... or f-ked up security settings (don't allow cookies etc) in explorer.. that's my guess.. you should propably fix your pc... it seems more probable that the problem lies with yor software than wob.tv (otherwise many more users would have the same problem as you have)..

well, it depends what is meant by a blank screen. BlaZe, are we talking about the blank browser that says The service is not availible in your region.? Or do you get the whole homepage screen but just no video? Do you get the message about Testing your computers playback ability?

I also received a free month due to their server problem. Don't be too happy too soon as I am yet able to watch any "live" event since my subscription, the Macau Open was blocked and the next live is Dutch Open and I have the bad feeling already ...
Can you imagine if the Dutch Open live also have technical problem :crying:
May then force be with US!!

I get the homepage and the message Testing your computers playback ability and then i get a blank in the player. What I don't understand is that this used to be ok and I could log in. Now although I haven't changed anything, it won't work anymore. Like Twobeer said it looks like a software problem, andI reinstalled IE, WMP, DRM but still nothing:(

Have you tried deleting internet files and cookies? I found that this seems to help. I don't know why.

Nope.. but I've tried it on some machines with different configs (older explorers, XP 64bit (doesn't work) etc .. ). And I have been using it almost daily since i registered... So I think I have a clue :)

Wow, you must have a lot of time at your hands :) isn't it something like 60 games (mabe from 30 min to 1.30 each..) and then some 19 half hour wob episodes.. that would be something like 50 hours of so to wath everything in the archive..

do you know if it's possible to delete your license cookie or something? because i had a disk cleanup and i'm not sure if it deleted it or not, because now, it just has error on page from the bottom left hand corner, when the video says "please wait, deliver license in progress..."
