Don't retire yet friend. 26 is not old. Get a formula from a good fitness coach to train you. Also get a coach who can train you to win in 2 games if possible. Almost did it in cwg finals. Extremely close. Effort is the same. ;)

WMC, take heart. Look at how Taufik has trained. He was on the slide with fitness issues but worked hard at boosting his fitness levels. At least he has a fighting chance in the 3rd game these days.

BUT, WMC must add a bit more to her game other than hit and chase. It's become all too predictable. The better players will read it like a book.

Saina was targeting WMC deep forehand corner in the 3rd set to open space in the WMC's backhand side.

And finish off WMC with a crosscourt smash/drop. WMC has problem in her recovery to center court to defend her backhand side; and the opponent's coach was well aware of it.

her coverage is good except for her stamina which slows her down. Skill wise, no issue. Do more punching. After smash, try to pounce instead of retreiving lower than net level, ie move in faster. 100% the return smash shot is at the front. C videos. Continue playing until u r no 3 for the country. Still got good money to collect if can reach qtr final phase. Boleh one la....

Saina thwarts Mew Choo’s hopes of securing a golden finish

Mew Choo, who broke down after the medals ceremony, was distraught over her performance.

“What can I say, I tried my best today. I only needed one point to win in straight games but luck was not on my side,” said the 27-year-old.

The silver medal was her second in the women’s singles competition after the defeat by Tracey Hallam of England at the 2006 Games.
