The Semi-Final matches have all been concluded.

INA (in particular Pelatnas) is ensured of a title in MD as Ulin/Ricky and Markus/Agri both progress to the Final.

    MS FINAL
    Derek Wong Zi Liang
[1] vs Wisnu Yuli Prasetyo - what can I say...Wisnu has really been the revelation this week. I never expect him to get past even R16, yet, he beat 4 seeded player in a row! Still, I expect him to lose to Derek Wong.

    MD FINAL
    Mohd Ulinnuha/Ricky Karanda Suwardi
vs Markus Fernaldi Gideon/Agripinna Prima Rahmanto Putra [2] - undoubtedly, they are the 2 best MD pairs in the 2nd team. I hope Ulin/Ricky win tomorrow and earn themselves their first IC title!

    WD FINAL
    Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth/Rizky Amelia Pradipta
vs Amelia Alicia Anscelly/Song Fie Cho - I think Pia/Rizky can beat the MAS pair.

    XD FINAL
Danny Bawa Chrisnanta/Vanessa Neo Yu Yan
[1] vs Hafiz Faisal/Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth [5] - Hafiz/Pia have also been in good form this week. It will be a major upset if they can beat the top-seed.

I think Derek will win the title tomorrow, cause he and his team learn something from Wisnu. Good luck for Wisnu!!!

    hmmm.... badminton is not mathematics...
    but....

Derek Wong, despite his win against B Sai Praneeth today,
i think, is not so far ahead of Wisnu. he has 1-2 record against sai praneeth. today is his 1st win after 2 loses. all with rubber game.

meanwhile, wisnu has 2-0 record against Sai Praneeth, win all matches in rubber game too.

so, from statistics... i think it will be a close match....
who will win ?? Wisnu beat 4 seed players, and i hope he can make his record perfect by beating 1st seed. anyway, this is hope. not prediction :D

Yup, considering they are independent players

It looks like Pia better off Pelatnas and be independent player so she can do whatever she wants to achieve.........

I think it will be a very close game......50.5% chance of Ulin-Ricky winning over Markus-Agri... :p Both pairs know each other's game very well... It will be a battle of execution mastery... Ulin-Ricky are definitely more talented technically, while Markus-Agri are virtually fearless and play a super-agressive style... Ullin and Ricky are around 10-15 cm taller than Marcus-Agri, in my observation, and Ricky is an explosive smasher... If I were Markus-Agri, I will keep a lot of balls near the net...

Indeed...with Agri being the best net player of all the young players, that helps them to maintain their consistency all these while, compensating them for the lack of power game they have.
