Was the VT70 a 3U? Why didn't they work for you? Too heavy/sluggish in defence? Not quick enough for fast paced games in doubles? What discipline do you play the most? Please describe why they lacked for you and in which areas? :)

    VT70 felt heavy, it was a 3u
Also I'm not someone who smashes consistently. I like to work with clear shots, long rallies, drop shots in between.
But I felt like I lost power in the middle of rallies, clears from the back court were not traveling as I used to do with my old APACS nanofusion, which is a very light racket. But that racket was terrible with smashes, which made me take the decision to buy VT70
This is in case of singles, which I play the most

I think lighter rackets suits you more based on this post. I have 2 JS10 in my bag, but in terms of stiffness the JS10 is on the upper end, so I think it could be possible that the JS10 is demanding for you. AFAIK the Nano fusion is quite flex, so a BS12 is a good upgrade. Get a 3U it's lightning fast and very quick. It's a very userfriedly racket and not demanding. Especially your style of play suits more controlled instead of beeing offensive. If possible try out both, but based on your post and style the JS10 won't fit you better than the BS12.

    Agree, sounds like a perfect case for a BS12 in 3U or maybe a JS12 in 4U.

If it shouldn't be Victor than the Li-Ning N50-3 would also be a safe bet IMO.

Would recommend the OP the BS12 over N50-3. Easier to resell than the Li-Ning.

why not look at the js12.
I've never tried the bs12, but the js12 is supposed to be the replacement of the bs12 (not sure if you can to replace a racket, they are feel different in the end).

I've got 2 js12 and love it. Less stiff than the js10 so its easier to defend (less power required)

I have played racket victor superwave 35, superwave 37, bravesword 10, bravesword 12, meteor mx60, meteor mxJJS, and Jetspeed 10. For me, Jetspeed 10 is the winner.

Indeed it's a great racket, but it's not for everyone. For example I enjoy playing with it but it strains my elbow too much. I had to switch back to something less stiff.
