KJ ask report from BAM. He is trying to show he can do his job well, watch some of the Parlimen sessions you'll see
Yeah? Nice of him to say something. He got the answer.
Audit BAM, see if they provide value for money
This was reported today here http://sports.sohu.com/20130816/n384328941.shtml after the official announcement given by Mr. Liu Xiao Nong, the Vice Chairman of CBA cum Executive Director of the World Championship Organising Committee yesterday 15/Aug:
I will just roughtly translate the part highlighted in red as the others have been repeated many times already.:
The Official Announcement from CBA states:
(1) The A/C remained ON throughout the final day of tournament;
(2) The Organising Committee adjusted the A/C to LOW at the start of the final day, after receiving complaints from players about the draught and wanted to provide a better envionrment for competition;
(3) The hall was full during the MS match, due the A/C running at low speed for a long time and the large crowd, the temperature rised quickly;
(4) During the MS match, the Head Judge did query the Organising Committee about the rise in temperature. But after being told the A/C was not turned off and there was no sudden change in the match condition, the match was allowed to continue.
Mr Liu then went on to explain the earlier report on 12/Aug about someone from the Organising Committe said that it was BWF who requested for the A/C to be turned off was wrong and that was an "personal opinion" from someone who has no idea what actually happened. He then stressed that neither CBA nor the Organising Committee has made any such official statement about the match condition being altered nor have they said that the changed was at the request of BWF.
The article also reported that after CBA issued the above public statement, BWF has also issued an statement that they did not make any request during the final to turned off the A/C.

OK, the "official" version is now out. We may choose to accept it or not, but at least no more baseless speculation please.
LCW gave walkover and didn't bother to shake hands with the Umpire and Line Judge, there should been a yellow card or a US$250 fine for that, right?
I wonder, what would people say if it is LD who lost the game and walk off the court at the last point.....
i love reading this thread of the back and forth argument but i agree before someone gets too angry and jammed a finger while typing, hehehehe.
to his defence, after LCW gave the walkover, they shook hand, and immediately LD pointed to the medics to ask them to get a stretcher over. and then LD shook hands with the umpires, had a small celebration, and then he went over, helped pick up LCW onto the stretcher.
i actually thought that displayed a decent amount of sportsmanship and care for his opponent.
oh ho.. ho..
one of CBA-pathetic think highly of himself
who are u? I don't care
just believe what you want to believe
LD trolls keep coming..............................
since the conspiracies not gonna end..........................................................................
Take a deep breath and look in the mirror at the reflection and then read what you have written, and then think carefully does it even make grammatical sense?
You should write some formal complaints to the BWF voicing your endless outrage at the CBA pathetics and spend less time trying to fuel the "trolling" through laughable statements.
Well said.... Reason is still MYSTERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY...
A fascinating mystery like the Black Dahlia
lmao. Just believe what they want to believe, but the fact is there.
Exactly. The fact is that you are just a believer. You just believe LCW's loss is due to air con.
In fact, the air con was never off. When looking at the match, only Steen was saying that this AC was down. He is a LCW fanboy just like you. Don't deny it, only LCW fanboy will be act like such a sour loser.
LMAO, It's already ended. Please wake up. Fanboy.
Yes, people just want to believe what they want to believe, and you just can't reason with them! Even if it has been analyzed and said repeatedly that the heat affected both players, they insisted that it must be a conspiracy! They could give no reason why the heat would benefit LD, but yet they insisted!
Actually, who in his right mind would even think of using heat as a weapon towards a Malaysian player? It is not like they could keep LD’s side of the court cool, while heating up LCW’s side!
I hope LCW doesn’t think like these “supporters”, or else he will never beat LD in any major tournaments. Finding excuses for losing will not make you any better!
I really wish LCW can get at least 1 WC or OG gold before his retirement, as he surely deserves it!
What's your problem? He was carried out by medics and taken to a hospital and you want him fined? Not sure if you're serious. Also retiring from a match and giving a walkover are two different things.
Oh please, I am a fan of Lin Dan and not LCW but it was blatantly obvious that the air-co was shut down. At first I didn't understand what was going on but in retrospect it's easy to piece the puzzle together. LCW said in an interview that he knew after just 2 points in the 2nd set that the air-co had been turned off.
the point is does the a/c turned off?(not who won the wc)
1,everyone who went to the stadium know the truth.
i dont believe any of the explanation either by china or bwf.
stating that its because of the amount of crowd,does any world top class badminton venue(this is world championship,my friend,not guangzhou province open tournament) face this problem?
as if we believe the flyover collapse because of the overweight truck who carry hundreds of ton(people in china would understand the case)
those who went to the stadium complained a lots that they was suffer from the missing a/c at the 2nd set
2，GC and steen already said during the beginning of 2nd set,certainly they cant foresee lcw lost because of this.
3,the flip flop statement from all related organization
4,bad track record of cba.
anyway,i just try to said that
can we avoid to award some top class badminton tournament to a venue who cant handle the heat of 8,000 crowd?
i think even north korea/mongolia can do better
