A very pitiful reality that escapes the notices of many... TWICE 4th place mean no medal at all for Lee Hyun Il a bronze medal would be entirely a different outcome, one can still proudly mention "I am the bronze medallist" ... but not "I finished the fourth in the race". Feel the pains of his...
