The stunning defeat should be defending champion and one of strong fave Lin Dan and MD second seed Ahsan/Setiawan. In MS, China top seed Chen Long dropped 1 game and pushed into the limit by Indian qualifier Gurusaidutt while third seed Jorgensen was pretty smooth to clinch last sixteen spot. Srikanth saved four match point to avoid early exit here against Vittinghus, similar case with Wang ZM who opposed Kashyap. Former Thai #1 Boonsak Ponsana stunned Son Wan Ho who shows negative trend lately. Three intriguing clashes tomorrow, first seed Chen Long will face the evergreen Hu Yun who defeated him twice in their last two meetings, can the world champion take revenge tomorrow? Also Indian leading MS Srikanth v Tian HW whom eliminated world #4 in Malaysia last April and Danish young star Axelsen who created headline to beat Lin Dan will take on China promising talent Xue Song. Tai TY and Intanon suffered early losing while Wang YH stretched into tiring three games against Sindhu and another tricky rival is waiting for her, Sayaka Takahashi. Wang SX v Busanan and Nehwal v Sun Yu possibly will be close ties tomorrow. Carolina Marin is expected through to last eight and Li Xuerui as well. Two Korean MD, top-seed Lee YD/Yoo YS and reigning world champion Ko SH/Shin BC made perfect start here while their compatriot 8th seed Kim GJ/Kim SR succumbed to Hashimoto/Hirata. Two interesting duels in this department, Lee SM/Tsai CH will meet Koo KK/Tan BH also Endo/Hayakawa v MAS #1 Goh VS/Tan WK. Minor upsets in WD as 7th & 8th seed have been ousted, all faves are going to the script. Two highlights tomorrow, Maheswari/Polii v Gutta/Ponnapa and Chang YN/Jung KE v Ma J/Tang YT. XD top three seeds displayed shaky performance at R/32, two Chinese combos Xu/Ma and Lu/Huang will take on Korean scratch pair Shin BC/Chae YJ and Choi SG/Eom HW respectively. Jordan/Susanto once again will face their nemesis Lee CH/Chau HW. ORDER OF PLAY (01.00pm local time, 4 courts) => http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/s...7622D8-C646-4BEE-8754-9A933DBA0736&d=20150528
HQ Live coverage for R16 (Day 3, May 28) ?? Will the R16 matches on Day 3 (May 28) be telecast and/or be covered by the live stream of BWF World TV at u-tube? It's quite pitiful that those interesting matches in R32 can only be watched through the inferior live streaming quality (and the lag was hardly bearable)... hopefully those videos of earlier matches, in particular those of Day 2, will pop up somewhere later.
Live Streaming BWF Youtube coverage : - Super Series Premier, started from R/16 - Super Series, started from Quarterfinal - Grand Prix Gold, Semifinal & Final
Thanks CLELY for the coverage info, I ain't aware of such policy. Hopefully one day not quite far in the future BWF will be able to learn from ITTF how to manage own multiple live streaming (they can operate up to eight channels simultaneously, such as in WTTC) from the very beginning of the tournament (i.e. from Day 1).
Only BWF events, the live coverage starts from day 1 tournament. Yup, we hope more LIVE matches from BWF Youtube in future years
Just found the 2nd court live streaming at this location.. http://livestream.com/bwfbadminton/sssydney2015court2

i am seriously thinking about buying a second LCD monitor so that I can watch two sessions simultaneously!!
Korean new combos, Shin BC/Chae YJ and Choi SG/Eom HW really trouble Chinese XD pairs, both ties are going into rubber games.
btw, are there any tournaments in Sydney or Melbourne or Gold Coast during 12-21st June? I may be there mate.
