give way to your team mates now, earn their gratitude. soon, u need them to give way to u leading up to the WC final so that u are more rested than your opponent.
21:4 mmmm lets see..... arr its the racket or maybe he's got a wood splinter in his thumb so no choice have to finish the game immediately
"Insider" told me that Chen Jin need to be back in top 4 world rank,,,, so they don't need to meet each other at least until semifinal in the next World Championship... that's the reason....
To pass Sony on the world rankings he has to win against LCW today, and then win against Taufik in the final.. I would say both are quite unlikely to happen.. /Twobeer
LD is really scared of TH... Ha..ha...ha...CJ was whitewashed by LCW.... ANyway, in reality LD is just an average player. Not a big issue at all....
If it indeed was an "evil" scheme to rise CJs ranking and further hammer on LCWs confidence, I think it backfired miserably /Twobeer P.S. LYB and team China has a big problem, with having had a history of fixed matches.. If LD would have won easilly people would say the match was fixed.. If LD looses, people say sure the match must be fixed.. sigh.. D.S..
thats is not the matter of history if u see those matches,u will agree too, sometimes i almost fall asleep, they are not showing the true ability of themself when they face each other
Yes, they only have themselves to blame for employing that strategy. It's called guilty by association. Unfortunately it's unfair on the players who are only following the commandant's orders. Another example of this is baseball. Because players lied about using steroids and got caught, all home runs are now viewed with suspicion.
I think no one said here - may be LD didnt want to meet LCW? For example to stay in positive feeling position after straight win in May Or not giving a chance for LCW to train some tactics
Already mentioned.. ..in here: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71196&page=6 (post #93) and here: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53104&page=6 (post #91) ..simply to not give LCW any additional munition to study or gain any edge (in case LCW was to win)..The thinking is, the longer a player doesn't play another player, the better it is for each of them, esp. the favorite one. LCW, afterall, is LD's biggest challenger in the upcoming WC. Other reasons could be, as mentioned before, to keep their current ranking as is for the upcoming WC so as not to meet each other in earlier rounds.
but if it is a fixed match : WHY DID THEY DO 3 GAMES ? If lyb's strategy was to let CJ to play against LCW, why did LD and CJ did 3 games ? Then , CJ was unfortunatly too tired to win LCW who's physic is very good..
cant u understand what mean by lindan didnt smash in that match? ok,can u believe ld,twice wc,5(or 4) ae winner and og winner, will lost with the score 4-21? u can?
nah, chriss, lcw always won over lindan JUST because that time lindan is generous see,ld let him win,not he able no one will stop lindan from being the greatest legend,3 time wc this august, lcw?just expect another WHITEWASH if he enter final lar
No plan to win the INA Open for the CHN MS squad??.. ..my gut feeling says, the CHN MS squad didn't have a target or goal to win the INA Open. They're probably competing @ the INA Open just to assimilate their opponents and secure their ranking pts for the upcoming WC. It is, afterall, the last real tourney for them to participate before the WC. Why did CJ win in 3 games instead of straight games? Because, back again, they probably have no target to win the MS title thus they could care less if he were to win in straight games or 3 games.
Well Taufik, an OG winner and wc winner, lost against LD 3-21 in the JO 2006 final decider.. So yes! It is not impossible, for a strong player to play one bad set.. /Twobeer
