Plenty of chances and they still put the shuttle out every single time. No aggressiveness and determination at all.
    Absolutely disappointing.

I thought WKY's smash is awful without any steepness and POWER.
Her smash simply does not pose any threats!
If not for Vivian, they would've lost the match.

i can see they don't have powerful smash just like their senior Goh V Shem's "hang time" smash...

Goh V Shem's smash is one thing, but the most awful one is when they had the shuttle at point blank and they smash it long.
It happen a few time and plenty of high service and net mistakes from both of them.

I agree. When she smash, there is absolutely no power/steepness generated. Plus, she took a lot of time just to smash and can barely do a consecutive smash, which makes their counter attack vain.

So RI managed to lift the title, good for her. Hope she recovers completely asap, WC knocking at the door.
Sad for Saena Kawakami, had a fab week, couldn't complete the finishing touches.

From watching the WD final, I think it's time to considering making the court longer and wider. if every point takes 20 - 30 shots, the game will be getting longer and longer.
