In the video I saw that the aerodynamic groove in the frame of the ZF2 was also present till the bottom grommets in the racquet LD was using. Also couldn't see the energy boost cap anywhere.

Yes. As usual, another one of those marketing ploy by Yonex. People more familiar with Lin Dan though know that the legend as of late doesn't settle for anything less than a zf2. I must've missed the discussion somewhere but, why doesn't LD use the brand logo anymore on his strings?

You mean the YY logo? Because clash with the national badminton association sponsor (LN).

The arrangement was made that he can don YY stuff off court, but on the green mat (red for WTF) there should be no sort of any YY logo to be seen.

Anyway whatever the racket whatever the logo....

    All we know is....

Yonex - Welcome to the Lin Dan Exclusive; a limited edition line used by the King of Badminton himself, set for release in mid-May. Every piece of equipment in the Exclusive line is uniquely designed for the two-time gold medallist, adorned with his custom “LD” symbol.

What watch the video again? I know he changed another piece and didn't throw the winning piece.

If you dissect what you just posted, the frame he got was made 14 Feb 2019, production line ZERO. 0. Code 8N.
And the energy boost cap is present also.

So my pic is relevant. Not sure what you on about?

If this pics are right. It's an AX99 IMO. Grommets only start to recess halfway up the frame.
