Maybe you're referring to his personal logo, the abstract "LD", something that LCW also has.

Is that even allowed? I‘d be pissed either way, as Yonex or Protech.

Hard to say what his exact contract is with them really. He was wearing white 03Z as well. For all we know he used his own money on the equipment because he couldn't find anything suitable in the PT catalog.

Tanongsak was using Yonex while being sponsored by Yang Yang a few years back.
Liew Daren seems to be using Z Force II and SHB-03Z shoes while donning Protech apparel.

Indonesian player in men's double (now i forgot the name, the one who is a bit stocky build) uses also protech apparel, but clearly using arcsaber 11. Maybe it is normal for Protech contracts to be like that?

Can anyone confirm that Kento Momota's racket in the World Championships isn't a repainted AX-99?

    Thanks in advanced :)

Certainly looked like an AX99, not repainted, though. :D

Thank you for the quick response! I might have misworded my question but I meant if his racket was painted to look like a AX-99 and if it was a repaint over what he previously used (I think a AX-88S?). Though, I believe you answered the question still! Just wanted to clear up my question haha!

    Thanks again :)
