Well that was my problem, I was switching back and forth between my Li Ning N9 and my Yonex Voltric Force, two extremes. The N9 is a great racket but i found it to flexible and the Yonex was to head heavy after 2 hours of playing, but i liked the stiffness, so I was searching for racket that I could use in doubles and singles, that's why i tested the Victor Hypernano x990 and the Duora 8xp. the Hypernano was a little bit to stiff and had a totally different fell, for me the Duora just worked really well. Now the 8xp will be my go-to racket :)

To be honest, I'm still tempted by the Duora 8XP. Looks gorgeous but I know it's too stiff for me. :(

Your sure? I mean you have reviewed so many rackets on here, you will know what is best for you. But i don't think it's hard to handle, I just find the combination of weight, stiffness and balance makes it very easy to use. You could test it from Racket-Outlet like i did :), would cost you 5€ plus shipping, about 15€ in the end.

You should really make sure that the "know" part is correct by buying it and using it for awhile. ;)

I already tried two different new rackets this year. Only thing that could make me more interested is its speed. But I doubt it's faster than my 80TD.

    Stringed racket with original grip:
    Weight: 92g
    Balance: 305mm

Stringed racket with removed original grip, electric tape and towel grip:
    Weight: 101g
    Balance: 290mm

I will have my first session with (only have played with the test version which had a different grip and a bad string) it on Monday or Wednesday, maybe I will write a little review.

Many people already compared these rackets on this thread, for example on page 3 :)

i've read through this thread and i still can't decide whether or not to get the 8xp or d10 hahaha

I'm coming from a 3U 88s (mostly a doubles player) and im absolutely in love with it but i want a spare racket to use every now and then in singles/mixed. Reading all of the comments from you guys, the 8xp sounds amazing, but from what I've heard, the d10 is stiffer than the 88s, so I don't think i can handle the 8xp (which is apparently even more stiffer).

If you're absolutely in love with it then just get another one.

I wish I could, but it's out of my price range. D10 and 8XP (and even the DZS) on the other hand can be found for much cheaper where I'm from.

Go with 8 xp. You'll not be disappointed.

As someone who played with 88s and 8xp (Shreyas’s), I also recommend the same. It wasn’t quite the same racket and very different in most ways but I could switch back and forth without issue on the first few shots.

You can smash hard with it. Lovely feedback and a solid feel. You'll have to time it proper.
