I think too much badminton might be about to catch up with Srikanth.

Xue Song played 4 matches more than any of the seeded players who are playing back-to-back here, he should be the one to feel tired and jaded.

He is really tired . Quite clearly visible. No way he can proceed ahead to quarters.

Well, oh my God. I just cannot believe this result. Tian Houwei won the first set 21-14. Am I seeing the score wrongly or what???? Well, I will continue to watch this match and see the outcome. Tian Houwei really has improved a lot. I must admit that he really has got lots of stamina.

KS will suddenly up his pace, he's capable of that.

THW is watching the net closely and sometimes forget to anticipate SK smashes.

THW's retrieving ability is nowhere near Chen Long's. Some of his shots are too mechanical and predictable. We should see a decider, KS has the edge in G2.

There are so many exciting matches to watch and I am busy all the different live matches from different courts. Well as usual some big upsets have been created today.

    1. XU Chen / MA Jin China won Korea Sol Kyu CHOI / Yoo Jung CHAE 21-10 21-18

    2. LI Xuerui [1] China won Japan Akane YAMAGUCHI 21-16 10-21 21-17

    3. Angga PRATAMA / Ricky Karanda SUWARDI Indonesia won Korea Gi Jung KIM / KIM Sa Rang 14-21 21-12 21-12

    4. Nozomi OKUHARA Japan won Thailand Ratchanok INTANON 21-12 21-11

    5. Wang Shixian China won Thailand Porntip BURANAPRASERTSUK 21-12 21-11

    6. CHEN Long [1] China won India PARUPALLI Kashyap 21-10 21-6

    7. LEE Yong Dae / YOO Yeon Seong Korea won Korea Sol Kyu CHOI / KO Sung Hyun 21-17 21-9

    8. Kento Momota Japan won Hong Kong HU Yun 21-6 21-9

    9. XUE Song China won Chinese Taipei HSU Jen Hao 21-17 21-9

    10. Jan O JORGENSEN [2] Denmark won Japan Kenichi TAGO 21-7 21-10

    11. Nitya Krishinda MAHESWARI Greysia POLII Indonesia won India Jwala GUTTA / Ashwini PONNAPPA 21-23 21-8 21-17.
Can't help it but point out that the second set score was really unbelievable 21-8.

    12. Vivian Kah Mun HOO / Khe Wei WOON Malaysia won Indonesia Anggia Shitta AWANDA / Mahadewi Istirani NI KETUT 21-9 18-21 21-18 .
This match is very exciting with lots and lots of long rallies. Well both Vivian / Woon attacked very well and smashed all the way to win. They are very good in their defence too. Since they won the first set 21-9, I already predicted they will win this match. Congratulations Vivian / Woon. Both of you are very good players. :)

tian is actually implementing a good game plan and playing well defensively, srikanth on the other hand is making silly errors whenever he has the opportunity to finish off the rally and looks a little bit jaded. honestly, tian is not letting srikanth play the kind of badminton he likes to play. .looks like saina is going to be the lone survivor yet again.
