Malaysia Open 2008 - Day 5 - Jan 19 - SEMI-FINAL

At 7-11, Kido/Hendra fought back and levelled it at 13-13. Then, it was quite even with each pair trading pts until 17-17. It was here that the youngsters upped their tempo and they won the final 4 pts of the set.

Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan are through to their 3rd straight Final in just 23 mins, meeting Lars Paaske/Jonas Rasmussen tomorrow.

That was a quickie. Your heros are on tomm.

Ants is taking pics of someone sleeping .....

Gosh, this has got to stop.

Ok guys, that's all. Except CTF's GF is still playing.

The never-ending WD match is going to a rubber-set.

Thanks GOD we don't have to endure any WD match...that will surely be a torture to us

Any reports from the get-together??..

..abedeng, will you provide live coverage, for us, of the BC get-together later as well??.. ;)
*Btw, thanks for entertaining the rest of the BCers...i'm sure they felt as if they're watching the matches, live, at the stadium..;)

Let the organizer arrange:
WD -- first match
XD -- second match
WS -- third match
MS -- fourth match
MD -- final match

or....have the WD on the non-TV court tomorrow :D

But to be fair they got an easy draw here....they only have to face oldies...not big pairs like KKK-TBH or CY-FHF.....

Sorry man I am just very critical towards my heroes

The draw was done by unbiased organizers at BWF, so it was FAIR! ;) :D It wasn't Kido-Hendra's fault.

It's all over....as expected Yang Wei/Zhang Jiewen win in rubber-sets 19-21, 21-12, 21-12. They will face their compatriot Gao Ling/Zhao Tingting and I suspect that team order will be at play, since the later pair needs the Olympics points
