But Mas doctors said lin dan got an injury and is not fit at all to play a badminton match, but then after just a few days he manage to heal himself and play a few badminton match and win em and en route to win the 1st premier super series title. Sounds awesome huh?
With this evidence, i think i'm gonna follow cobalt's advice. :p

Yes, then you will recover from your abdominal injury and be able to also win 3 back-to-back 3-game matches against some of the best players in the world. And smile at the end! :D

Incidentally, LDs jump smashing has reduced for some time now; nothing new. His game has been changing from all-out aggressive, to a partly passive/defensive, strategic "wear-down" play to frustrate opponents. This requires stamina and peak physical condition, and very good powers of recovery to be able to replicate the same strategy the next day. Any kind of injury would have to be taken very seriously for such a person.

Almost same case as LCW in Japan Open (where he won) LCW was supposed to be carrying some sort of injury too but show no sign of it.
Also, in Japan Open 2010, LD played the tournament before and won it while now, LCW played the tournament before and won it. Quite a coincidence ;)

ain't LCW glad that LD decided to wo in MO or else who know what will happened in the semi.
in the star jan 15 this year rexy mainaky said. 'LD is a class above in the MS....... LD does not lose to anyone easily. only several players have beaten him. and if he loses, it is either he is not in top condition or because he chooses to throw away the match...'.
other than M'sia very few believe that LCW is at the same level as LD.

Agreed... since those days when he lost to taufik in 2006... LD has been changing his game to more all round than Just fast & furious.

Variation in game is deadly as your opponents don't know which strategy will play.

in 2006, LD = Nadal (Speed) Taufik= Federer (Skills)

    Now LD = Nadal+Federer

I doubt we will be able to see more LD/LCW encounters in the near future since LD would probably let his juniors advance. afterall he has nothing to prove anymore.
