Well I just got to know one die-hard fan who went early to reserve some seats for friends, even a new one like me.

S'pore's landscape looks different with that huge grey bldg and all the new construction..
And Cheng SC looks blonder; i almost didn't recognize her..
Thanks all for contributing with the pics..

The truth is that I'm a lazy photographer. I just use the program mode with ISO set to 3200 on my Canon EOS 550D. I have a EF 75-300mm zoom lens. I used to carry a heavy tripod to take better pics but have for the past 2 years or so abandoned it. My camera is lighter compared to the Nikon D70/90 i used previously. So I have to be less fastidious and just capture the action as fast as possible.

Butet n Tantowi did really well after a slow start. Tantowi capitalized on his superior power to scored heavily on his male counterpart's backhand corner.

Chandra n Gunawan are on fire too n should have won the match. But a few lapses on their part allowed Chai n Guo back into the game. But they are leading strongly in the decider 20-14. Haha.

    And they have just won 21-19, 24-26, 21-14 to send INA into the finals tmr to join Butet n Tantowi. Congrats I N D O N E S I A!!!

DEN sent a strong warning signal to CHN too when Tine beat Wang Shixian conclusively allowing her 16 n 15 points only.

Will DEN be able to do the nearly impossible with PG beating LD in their match currently being played. The two are now tied at 8-all.

And what do u know. PG has taken the first game 22-20 after some remarkable
n exciting rallies. But LD is trying to take revenge with opportunistic attacks.

But PG keeps up with him n the score now stands equal at 8-all.

Back of Gade's shirt is misspelled? It says Danmark.
