I'm not very familiar with Li-Ning's rackets, but does anyone here know whether Li-Ning have a racket that is similar to the Victor Brave Sword 12? If so, which one?

i Heard li ning with China team is expiring soon . hope they continue sponsor China team.
I will be surprised if China team switch sponsor, as Singapore also extend contract with Li ning recently!

I just got a N55-III from an online store.

My N50-III (that I got from MBS) has "KSU-S2" on the shaft near the cone and a serial number on the other side.

But the N55-III that I just got (not from MBS) only has "KSU-S2" and NO serial number on the other side of the shaft. Should all genuine Li-Ning 3rd gen rackets come with the serial number?

My Lining from e78 (if they are reputable enough) also has serial code together with the Kxx-S2, in fact, I have seen several hi-end Lining rackets that have serial code, my problem is the serial code position, some has serial code in the opposite side of the "Kxx-S2", some has the serial code that makes a square angle with the Kxx-S2 - which kinda confuses me about Lining...

For those who have N50iii and N55iii, can you feel any noticeable difference between the two? I'm tempted to get one to try after reading some of the posts here, but I only know that N55iii is more head heavy.

I have both the N50III (30+ sets played) and N55III (a few sets played).

I cannot give you definitive comparison as of yet because I've not played long enough with the N55III. But here are some observations:
- The N55III has a heavier head
- The N55III is also noticeably stiffer (so depends how stiff you like your rackets, this may be your deciding factor)
- The N50III feels faster
- My N50III with string + without grip comes in at 84g. My N55III with string + without grip comes in at 87g. So understandably, the N50III feels faster to me (also less head heavy)
- Smashes at the moment seem more powerful with the N55III
- Defensive clears go deeper with the N50III (must be due to stiffness too)
- N55III seems slightly more accurate

Non-performance related observations:
- "Hand feel" N50III wins, feels like a nice sword
- N55III (Purple) looks nicer than N50III (Purple). Nevertheless, both purple rackets are very attractive.

So my advice is, the 2 rackets are fairly similar. But if you prefer faster rackets then go for the N50III. If you prefer stiffer rackets, go for the N55III.

Currently I'm using MXJJS but I also use BS12 too. It sounds like N55III is a bit more like MXJJS and N50III sounds a bit like BS12. Hmm it's still difficult to decide since I like both, maybe that's the answer for me...to get both

If you already have the MXJJS and BS12, then I suggest only getting one of the N50/N55 Gen3. Perhaps the N50III since it's that much more usable.

And of course the reasons please. :)

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't mind trying out a N90, but I really can't justify buying one - even at £60. I literally just bought a ZF2. I'm curious about why Li Ning rackets have higher tension ratings than Yonex rackets, much higher, often reaching up to 30lbs. I'm also curious about how LN's grip sizes and flexibility ratings stack up.

The tension rating is the same for many manufacturers - Yonex just puts it so low because they can refuse many more warranty claims that way. Victor, Li Ning, Forza all have 28-30 or even more on the sturdier high-end rackets...

Li-Ning grip

Hi Li-Ning fans!

Received my first Li-Ning racket - Li-Ning-N9. Played with it few hours (like 6-9...) and im almost 100% possitive about it. Nice flex, powerful smashes due to head heavy balance point, awesome feel in hand.

BUT 1question if i may ask is - since grip size is G2 (on all Li-Ning rackets) it feels kinda small (and i have rly small hands but still :D ) did you buy overgrip or towel grip to make it bigger or you just overcame the size of grip. I played with towel grip on my previous Yonex, but Im wondering whats your opinion, since Li-Ning video
says that they make it to force players "play more with fingers" .

Thanks a lot for any answers!

PS:sry for my bad english :D
PS:I will make review of Li-Ning N9 after i spend more time with it.
