Yellow. Personal opinion. Get the CN variant / black background. AFAIK since MBS just recently started stocking it, MBS and E1981 are the only ones that stock the CN variant atm.

For another website, I had a similar redirection process. Once I was logged into Paypal, I went back to the basket and started the process again and it went straight to paypal payment section.

There shouldn’t be any. I just like and prefer yellow over everything since it’s the best for me in every string. I’ve not come across any string that was bad in yellow tbh and I’ve used pretty much everything out there barring a few new ones. In some strings it’s also a tad more textured like with BG80. It’s the universally safe choice. With no.1 I liked the feel of it most out of all I tried so I stuck.
I currently have a reel each CN and INT version in yellow. And for the life of me, I can't find a significant difference. Color, texture, diameter and feel while stringing is identical, and so is the felt performance on court. I have seen bigger lot to lot variations between two of the same coded reels.
I honestly just hope to have much better QC with China team variants. Violet ones were getting plagued by QC recently and annoyed the crap out of me.

CN variant is black while the Internationally distributed pack is Purple. e78 has nice prices but post shipping it's almost equal to if not sometimes more than MBS sometimes.
I see. I thought I read in earlier posts here someone mentioned that the purple is CN variant. Where I am, it's a lot affordable for me to get some stuffs from e78 shop, even though both MBS and e78 are in HK. What I'm wondering with MBS is why they charge shipping cost per item and not per whole order.
It really isn't per item unless you mean the inclusion of standard shipping with each item. To that I have no answer. But for the trackable mail, say I want 2 packets of No.3. I order one with registered mail and another one without. My order will look like this. Just pay for shipping with one packet and add in the rest without extra shipping. And voila you'll have all your stuff sent by registered airmail.
After I ruined my grip and didn't have time to change it on my racket with 80/1, I grabbed the racket with No.1 in it and very much surprised myself with how hard it can hit. I love this stuff. What's a fair comparison for No.1 vs Aerosonic? Given No.1 seems to get sweeter with time..
Almost the same experience i had with no. 1 on my VTLDF. After the string had settled, i was enjoying using it with such impressive repulsion and even a good amount of power. I never quite expected it like that. I think this string does come alive at higher tension and probably it goes even better with certain types of racket. Sent from my SM-J320F using Tapatalk
I'm actually stunned how quick HK post can be sometimes. 3 days for the reel (it's in the post office and will be in my home tomorrow). Even local guys take much longer!
