India at Rio

Should also thank PVS for helping me fall in love with this game. There surely must have been plenty of Indians like me who might actually start following Badminton closely from now onwards

So, here it is; as I said in the beginning LOG >> Rio. Alas :(
Anyways, congrats PV and Sakshi
 
Expected around 6 medals(Shooting - 2, Tennis -1, Badminton -1, Wrestling/Archery/Boxing- 2) before start of the Olympics.
Most disappointing was shooting. We fcked up Tennis too, especially Mixed doubles where we had fantastic chance. Archery was disappointing just like last Olympics,Deepika didn't do well. Didn't have much hopes on Boxing anyways
Overall disappointing performance.

I won't be surprised it it happens untill next World Championships or Any big tournaments.
She does not like all these petty tournaments, it seems. But this time she said in an interview that her immediate goal is the up coming Superseries . I don't know which tournament she was mentioning about.
