hi! i payed via paypal one week ago. but the amount on ibbs.tv still says 0 pounds?! They don`t respond to mails... What was the little problem xt6666?
They have script problems... Or somtething like that. Anyway... The Admin of IBBS.TV (sunny in the forum) has to put the deposits manually to your account. But he is in italy (vacation) till Tuesday. So you have to wait another 4 days or so. Write him an email to deposits@ibbs.tv and he will do it very fast if he is back! Hope You can understand by bad English... EDIT: hätte ich ja eigentlich auch auf deutsch schreiben können oder?!? EDIT2: Achja: ich hatte Probleme mit den Streaming Videos, hab dann die neueste Version von Windows Media Player drauf und dort in den Optionen noch was verstellt... Da gibts ne Option, dass man erstmal 60 Sekunden Daten "lädt" bevor der Stream beginnt, dann ruckelt auch nicht... 60 Sekunden sind das Maximum, solltest du so einstellen und nicht auf automatisch lassen... Bei Problemen enifach nochmal nachfragen
don`t i think it`s not very polite not contacting the customers. it`s been 2 weeks now since the money transfer was completed and nobody from ibbs tv responds. i cannot suggest to buy from this site!

What`s wrong with this website! I wonder why they treat their customers so badly.. Does anyone know how long you can get your money from paypal back? They wrote to me on sept 6th that whey would send me my dvd in the next two days. But nothing happenend. I mean it`s expensive enough....
I think we should get our money back via paypal. One time i got an answer via pn from ibbstv when i wrote a message. I`ll wait 2 days then i take my money back.
Hello, I was sent a mail by sunny from ibbs.tv. He gave me 10 pounds to my account on ibbs.tv to watch tapes until i will get the dvd.
I placed my order for the DVDs over a month ago, and I haven't received anything. I sent an email last week, and I still haven't received a reply from them. If I do not get a reply from in the next week, I'm going to be filing a complaint against them.
