Hong Kong Semi-finals and Finals

i think Kim/Ra back with a vengence to reclaim their Olympics Gold that was snatched away by Zhang/Gao 3 years ago. and with a vengence they come. at their current form, i think the Gold medal pretty much already have their names on it.

the other would be Zhang Ning, if she can maintain her current form till August, then she already have half her name written on the medal already. but then 9 months is a long time to maintain form, we will see how they do.

goodness know, perhaps we will see another Ji Xinpeng or Zhang/Gao this coming Olympics. the Olympics can do funny things to ppl.

Then again, if they're really determined to win (just like Tony/Candra were the last time round), no one would be able to get in their way. and they would def not allow themselves to take any opponent lightly having learnt their painful lesson 4 years ago.

I'm just a little surprised that today's final did not go into a decider. :cool:
 
Gao/Huang beat Yang/Zhang.
I think Gao/Huang defence is very good today, esp Huang Sui.

MD will begin in a few mins time. All four players are on court already.
