As I've expected, JS and YipPY have two of the fastest smashes.

What a novice serve wide to the wrong court from LXR.

    YipPY's jump-smash is a delight to watch.

    When LXR counter-attacks, it's lethal.

YipPY gave her all, particularly in G1, but couldn't sustain her power play all the way to the end. She should take a leaf from LXR how to pace her attacking game.

LXR switched to low serve to counter Miss Yip's jumping smash. She would have lost if she continued with high serves.

Li Xuerui remains to be the most consistent and dependable shuttler among the CHN female squad at present. Through out this tourney, she's again displaying her consistent & convincing play... the cool, formidable young Li Xuerui, possessing traits much surpassing her age!

I hear many girls cheering in the stadium. Most probably the only males left are abedeng and clawhammers.

I'm looking for the video of LXR vs Bae Youn Joo match played yesterday. Wonder how she dealt with a defensive, rallying stroke player with soft touches.

Tomorrow's LXR vs JS match is going to be another fast and furious attacking game just like today's, should be great to watch as a prelude to the world championship, perhaps.

And I believe YipPY has more or less become a force to be reckoned with from now on, the way she played just now against LXR and assuming she's become more consistent unlike before.

Tomorrow's schedule is out. It would be WD-WS-MS-XD and MD. The stadium will rock till the end.

There are so many young girls, even middle-aged ladies who are charmed with the South Korean telenovelas and soaps, and for those masses LYD is such representation in the badminton field :D they're simply going crazy for him!
