so far, not much exciting action going on today. there aren't any surprises either. all the players we expect to go through did go through. Xia, Bao, ZhouMi, Susilo, ParkTS.

interesting matches coming up tonight would be Sony vs. PeterG.

i think the new software used by IBF is awesome:

http://www.horizonsoftware.net/wbc03/live/live.php

Only one seed out so far, in Miho Tanako (14*) losing to Tracy Hallem in WS.
Bao appears to have recovered from injury and did not go out in the first round as in JP Open 2003.:)

This new software is so much more convenient!
IBF is finally getting things done right!!

i would hardly call Miho Tanako (14*) losing to Tracy Hallem an upset though. :)

Peter Rasmussen passed through also. i thought he was in trouble seeing he had to fight till the 3rd set against a no namer.

eh? CHEW Choon Eng / CHIN Eei Hui ?

so Chan Choong Ming had to withdrawl afterall. so one less contender from the Malaysian squad. seeing the (in)consistency of Choong/Lee, Malaysia pretty much out of the MD.

I watched Tracy Hallem play in a Commonwealth game before. She is very fast and strong, but just made too many mistake. I won't be surprised if show can cut down her mistakes, she can give to the top female players a good match.

You might mix mixed double with man's double. hehe..

CHIEN Yu-Chin (taiwan) leading Julia MANN (England)

11/3 5/0

Sony vs. Gade 1st set:

Sony leading 5/4

13/10 Sony.

the software doesn't show who has the service. i remember previously some other tourney's live score shows the service as well.

If you click on the word "Live" in the matches column (above the country flag) a small window will pops up, showing the score and who's serving.

cool. thanks. :)

Sony leading 8/6 on second set.

the match has been on for an hour now. will Sony run out of steam like he did in the Indonesian Open against Gopi?

10/6 . will Sony be able to pull it off? upset Gade on the WC first round?

am i talking to myself?
