I read something similar. She apparently said that she developed an intervertebral disc issue after the team event against Japan; and, perhaps because of consequent nerve root compression, her left lower limb felt weak. She herself is realistic though... she cautioned the press against playing up her injury as justification for her loss to An Se-young in the Asian Games WS Final, stating that An Se-young's injury is worse than her own injury. She also acknowledges that An Se-young is now difficult to beat, and more so because she is still growing up.
