it didnt do much different one might dig into page ten to get to read his/her player thread when i found saina nehwal thread that thread is in page 4(after kwun did the division) mean that,saina thread might be in page 15 before the change this is not good for india badminton,if we asume there is 10 or 20 india people know this forum everyday,and they come in and have a look they read until page 10 also no their player info,u think they we come back again?
I suggested it for the major countries. The bunch of minor threads like Saina can stay separately as they are now.
i can say either way is good. either way, there are some complications too. for me to get latest post, click Today's Posts or New Posts. if one wants to follow a thread or multiple thread, subscribe it. these will lessen the hassle searching high and low.
Easier for us to do 'selective' reading . limsy is thinking of having the "Professional Players" forum to be set up like the "Tournaments" forum. In a way it's good, although kwun needs to spent time to categorise the threads. Let's say today I would like to read about players from KOR, I would just click on the "Korea Professional Players" sub-forum. And tomorrow, would like to read about players from INA, I would just click on the "Indonesia Professional Players" sub-forum. Since it has been changed, it makes it much easier for us to do 'selective' reading. .
what i want is more attention to badminton country and get more bcer from india,thailand and chinese taipei all this are rising country and i believe the population of badminton lovers is increasing in those country if they cant find their player info and thread in let say 10 pages,will they continue to read? the answer is no will they visit bc again? the answer is NO understand what i mean?
They can bookmark the threads they want or like. One click, immediately can see Saina's thread, no need search till page 10. For posting purposes, it depends on your browsing or posting habit. I find too many division more headache : it is in general prof players or countries, click one section, then another sub section bf can post the info/news. Like CTF/ZJW getting married thread...it's in the general Prof players side not Msia players side (well.. ZJW not Msian), problem also search here, search there.
how can they bookmark before they found the thread? u think the newcomer to bc so free to search page by page? they will give up maybe before page 10 i think bc is not china+ina+mas+korea+danes forum this is international forum so i wish to help by posting more infomation for country like india,thailand and tpe
They can use search function, I also did so when I new to BC mah. Like I said, it depends on a person's browsing habit,either format also pose problem, I see from poster point of view.
poster have less population% in bc reader is the biggest how can those who 1st time in bc know search function? u should know how many people view bc without register everyday

I knew , got the word "Search" quite big on top bar, . Yeah,last time a lot of people read only, dont register. But now more people register cos they must do so to download the baddy vids. And BC is linked to Badzine & can google. Anyway, whatever format, I leave it up to kwun. At most, I post less only lor
