ASY vs Jindapon should be a close match!

Goh/tan vs LYD/KGJ should be match of the day

fajar/rian will take on the tricky pair boe/peterson

    Pulled it in the end.
GMT can only blame herself. It was a good chance to potentially win something big

Boe/Conrad still has their old tricks. Worked like charms. What a troublesome pair they are:p Only managed to watch the last points. Seemed like tight games according to the livescore.

Alfian/Ardianto blew it. No. 1 seed and can't make it to the semi.

Tbh boe/conrad were in control since the first game, they kinda blew it in the second game.

Yeah disappointing result, but at least this time fajar/rian showed some fighting spirit when they were trailing by 4-5 points in the second game, usually they would just gave up.

Who's Rivka sugiarto, related? They knocked out the favourites LSH/SSC.

Also supanida looks ready for her first major breakthrough in senior circuit. Steamrolled BWZ and now fitriani.
If she makes it and play ASY in final , should be rather exciting.
However I think LM should be too experienced for her tomorrow

yes quite a suprise they managed to beat LSH/SSC...n no not related to Icuk Sugiarto clan....just coincidence to have same last name...though she n fat Jauza Fadhilah Sugiarto had partnered before..

as for Supanida steamrolling Fitriani...oh come on....not that hard to steamroll that puny little thing....

I've been following only good matches. There isn't much hype in this tournament I feel.
Seo and Choi against Wang and Lee should be good today.

The "puny lil" thing is still an year older and considerably more experienced then her Thai opponent. Not to mention did defeat her in their only meeting in junior days.
Fitriani is also very fiesty, deserves more credit than that.
What surprised me more was her victory against ZBW though.

PS: was checking some recent results of Fitriani, almost all of them follows a particular pattern, the second set is often really close.
I haven't watched her enough, is she a slow starter? Cause the first game scores are whoping-ly lop sided.

i think MAS men double should do the same thing, do the super slow serve, wait for more than 10 seconds only then serve...

you got it backward...Supanida is a year older than Fitriani...

as for feisty...i think Fitriani only got feisty in recent times....she used to be very meek..besides she got no choice...just like Ginting and other 'shorties' need to take charge, initiative, or go on attack like Yamaguchi to win...'shorties' in single can't play like CL wall all day long to win matches...as evidenced by recent 'shorty' NO destroyed by the very impressive giant-on-a-rampage PVS

as for slow starter maybe she is....or maybe she knows she doesn't have super-big tank so she does very little warm-up....maybe...or maybe she thinks that she's short and doesn't have a lot of range so she uses game 1 to learn her opponent game...maybe....either way she still got a long way to go n i don't have much faith in her if any....
