Directions Hi I have just moved to London on Sunday and need directions to the club. I am right next to the Blackwall DLR station. Any directions from there would be great. Thanks in advance Sandro
http://www.gll.org/borough/centre.asp?CategoryID=101 map option on upper left hand side looks like you can get train to north woolwich then use the foot tunnel to come under river and center is by that but map explains more
Ok, Seems easy enough. Do you have any contact numbers I could call to get any further directions or find out if anyone will be playing? Could you also give me the times, days and cost if possible. Thanks Sandro
all information is in this topic cost and times even the map direction give you address and phone number
Thanks. I posted very quickly earlier not reading further than my nose I will see you tonight if you are going to be there. Sandro

My girlfriend and I recently moved to London, and have been thinking about looking for a social badminton match. Is the Waterford Woolwich fairly social, or is it super competitive? I am probably an intermediate player, and she is probably a beginner. Reading this post, it looks like monday and Thursday evenings are drop in badminton nights. Is this correct? Is it still at 8:30 to 10:30? any info would be helpful. Does anyone know of any courts actually on the Dog of Isle?
Hi all. First post here I'm moving to London in the beginning of January 2007 and would love to play some good badminton. I am a not a intermediate player, but rather good (or used to be). However my left knee cannot make up the pace anymore, so I prefer doubles. Most of all I prefer a social club where all can have fun. If anyone is interessted I can train you as well (beginners to very good). All I need is a club you can recommend. I am living just next to Limehouse DLR. Thx in advance!
Thank you David14700. Do you know how much it costs to play at Waterfront Leisure Centre? I was looking on-line, and it seems that it either costs £8.15/time you go, or you have to get a membership. We don't live in the immediate area, so I'm not sure what the best option is. Thank you! Is anyone going tonight?
Hi, I would like to join in for games in and around Canary Wharf. I have been out of touch for sometime but play decent. Do let me know. Cheers.
Bacon's College on Tuesday night isn't too far from you - East India -> Shadwell -> Rotherhithe -> 10 minute walk. 7-10pm -Cain
